April was good for a nice 9% growth!

April started off as bad as March had been. Programs like Scootfx and CredexFinance where I had a lot of money in vanished in the beginning of April. But the diversification I started in march helped to overcome this problem and later on this month I started to make profit again. My total invested money, included the money on my e-currency accounts grew this month from $11,488.00 to $12,606.56. That means a growth this month of a nice 9%. This is not the growth figure I had before but I am very glad that the loss of march is turned into profit again this month.

The goal for next month is to make a profit of double figures again as I had before. To reach that goal I think I will make a small change in my strategy and try to combine the diversification with higher investments in the best programs. The reason for this is simple. If I had reinvested all my profit this month in Euronanoinvest, Topfinancial and Infinitiva for instance I had made a lot more profit this month. So maybe the right strategy is to combine the best of both worlds. Higher investments in the best programs combined with diversification.

Currently our membership is close to 13,000 accounts. Since we advocate Privacy and Anonymity, Security and Freedom, we don’t actually know how many members that translates too. Nor do we really care at this moment. What we do care about is ensuring the success of our program and the members who support it.

Over the course of the next week we will catch up and solve all the major accounting issues. Over the following week will solve the remainder of any issues. The third, and possibly fourth, week we will evolve the website to perform in a private environment. Look for things, at that time, like a Member Only accessible website, a Signup page that requires a referral link. There will be a NDA and CA agreement required to register as a private member. Those that are not interested in staying with us at that time will no longer be able to invest and will be required to withdraw all funds as they mature.

With all the adversity we have endured, that you have endured, when we go, or move, to a Private Status, we will no longer work or advertise to bring in new members. New Members will be accepted only by Referral. No, that does not mean we will be paying out referral fees again. What it means is, If our membership has someone that wants to be a part of our program, then that member will have to make a personal reference for the newcomer.

You may only refer those members YOU feel are a good fit for our program, and those members you personally are willing to give your assurance of. With this policy we will somewhat eliminate the members who are less welcomed. There will be an increase in new member account minimum deposit and investment levels. We will be eliminating the 10 and 25 and 45% plans.

Once we move to Private, we will be requiring members to provide the information as to which accounts they have that are associated with them. In other words you will be required to link all your accounts. We have considered the fact that many members do indeed have several accounts. We will be allowing a maximum number of accounts, per household, or IP, of 4. This is important, since there will be a reduction in maximum participation levels.

When we move to Private, after the consolidation and or association of accounts, we will be purging the system of all accounts that are not considered activated. By activated we mean any account that has zero financial activity or…is devoid of balances (referral hounds, ex-members and monitors no longer with us). We need a way to more accurately determine the whole of our membership. Inactive accounts are useless to anyone, so they will be eliminated.

Current Status.

We will shortly be paying out another huge amount of withdraw requests. All Withdraws should be caught up over the next couple of days.

All accounts should be at ONLY a 4 day delay. All Investments should have matured properly and been updated to your withdraw balance. All missing deposits should now be credited to your Investment account.

The Gallery should once again be accessible. The forum will be accessible again soon.

Maximum number of withdraws allowed per account per day is now 1. There is no limit on the dollar amount.

Thank you for your patience with us as our DDOS mitigation team works to stay on top of the attack. The website is operating at a slower pace, though I am glad the majority of you are staying calm with us and investing with us and putting in your withdraw requests as we are still operating normally although at a bit of a slower pace. All investments should now be at only 4 days late, Please note the word "should". We believe we have this problem solved back to the four days but as always time will tell if the fix worked for all maturities. If not we'll deal with it as it comes up.

We realize that there are still some issues to address but things are getting completed as quickly as we can.

PAYOUTS

This is the big thing on everyone's minds. Not all pending payouts were completed today but we have sent out a "lion's share". Yesterday and today there were a substantial number of older pendings, and yes, larger amounts sent out. This will not stop, there will be more tomorrow but we have caught up a good share of them and they won't stop being done until we are back within our normal timeframe. I anticipate this will between Wednesday and Friday.

Trust me when I say, I know what's being said:

1.) We're running in a few days.

What a Week!

Recently I sent out an email titled "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly". Well, in some ways that's what we're still looking at. First, we'd like to thank those of you that have stood by us. We know there are many who are being patient and understanding. It's not been an easy road for any of us.

Now, down to business, the funds for the ecurrencies are coming. They will not all arrive at the same time as they are taking various routes to get here. As they arrive withdrawal requests ARE being paid. In order to accommodate the most members we are paying the smallest withdraws first. I know we said that we would pay in order of request. But many of the smaller requests are of more necessity than those requesting larger amounts. Don’t worry, we will get all requests completed. Because of the various methods we are using to bring in funds we are anticipating having withdrawals up to normal timeframe by the weekend or at the latest by Monday.

We are working on the maturities. Once again we are anticipating this to be corrected by the weekend as well so bear with us. Of course, the new plans are not affected.

Thing are progressing now of integrating the Bankwire registration page. Because of all the variety of things being worked on, the ability to deposit and withdraw via Bankwire will take until next week. We also will allow withdraw request via Bankwire next week as well, even if your deposits were made via Ecurrency.

Accounting will kick into high gear tomorrow with the additional staff being put into place to work on the accounts.

Understand, we are still going through the suspended accounts. Those that will be unsuspended will be completed by the beginning of next week as well. Please do NOT send any more support tickets on this issue. Once we make a decision you will either access your account or you won't.

TICKET DELETION

We have been overwhelmed by tickets and have found most of them have been answered in our mailouts. Please confine help tickets to personal account problems. We are deleting the backlog of about 600 tickets because there is no way to answer them all. These are the main subjects of tickets and answers so you know the current situation.

SP and PM FUNDS NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUNT:

There appears to be a problem with the SP API sending the deposit info back to your PTV account. Please send a ticket with the subject line FUNDS MISSING. Please include all details from your SP or PM back office.

PLANS NOT MATURING ON TIME:

At the moment the situation is that all investments will mature later than is showing in your back office.
This is due to a server time problem that the techs are working on now. Expect approximately 5-6 days to be added to existing maturity dates. This will not affect new investment maturity timing. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS !!!

OVERPAYMENT RETURN:

If you have received a payment in excess of what you are entitled to, please send it back to the originating PTV account with OVERPAYMENT and your PTxxxxxxx number in the memo. Garrett has stated those who do send the overpayments back without being prompted will receive preferential treatment in the future. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TICKET !!!

SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT:

If your account has been suspended and you have reason to believe that it should not be, please send a ticket from outside your account outlining the reasons why. Include your PTxxxxxxx number and any relevant details. Please use the Subject line SUSPENSION. Please wait for an answer from the admin before re-opening it. It will take it out of the queue if you do.

PENDING WITHDRAWALS:

Many overpayments were made to keep members happy. Funds allocated to future withdrawal requests were used during this process. To save time these were paid out to processors. Garrett has always stated that only 3 days reserves are held by payment processors. Garrett is organising funds from the earnings of the mine to be sent. The wiring of these funds takes a few days. They should be in the e-currency accounts by the end of this week and at the latest by Monday. Only send a ticket if your legitimate withdrawal request is still pending from before the 7th April and use the subject line FAILED REQUEST.

REDEPOSIT LINK:

The redeposit link was removed to enable the technical staff to do some manual work on the database without hindrance from ever changing data. As soon as the work is completed it will be restored. In the mean time try withdrawing and redepositing. We realise this may be difficult right now but the situation will improve when the e-currency coffers are filled...hopefully by the weekend. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS!!!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

Lets start with the Ugly.

We have had some serious struggles of late. It is no secret I know. But let me assure you we are going to settle all of this. We will be accelerating ALL your Investment Maturities to accommodate you for the 4 day delays. For those that were already forced to endure them, we will also determine your suffering and compensate you. This won’t happen extremely quickly, we simply have too many things that need immediate attention. But we will compensate you. First, we will solve the SCI problem and populate your account with any and all deposits missing. Second, we are reviewing any and all account suspensions and will be reinstating those as well. We will adjust balances as the need is determined by any doubles you were paid. We have 4 additional bookkeepers assisting us starting Thursday in an effort to handle all accounting issues as quickly as possible.

Now for the Bad.

With the last 10 days or so of issues, there has been mass panic. Mass panic has resulted in extremely high withdraws. Honestly, we just were not prepared to handle the level of withdraws we are seeing currently. We have told you from the beginning, In order to keep on track, we average the withdraws and float 3 days. By float, I mean we maintain three days worth of withdraws, average, in ecurrency to make payouts. With the enormity of withdraws over the last several days, we simply do not have the current level needed to complete all withdraw requests today.

We have wired funds to purchase all the eccurency necessary to cover withdraw requests in excess. Unfortunately, bank wires of this amount take anywhere from 48 to 96 hours. So we will pay withdraw requests in order they are received with the ecurrency we have as we acquire it. We expect to be fully caught up in the next 2 to 4 business days. Of course we expect this fact to create even greater withdraw requests. So we have planned for that as well.

Now for the Good.

I have just finished coordinating a new set of investment opportunities for PTVPartners. Our Gold Excavation is beginning. PTVPartner, in an effort to secure its position in this portion of our Mining operation, is returning 100% of the profits to all members who choose to participate. We have a small window of opportunity to participate in this investment. We also have a small position to take advantage of. Members who participate will have first option to continue this investment opp. It is limited to the first million dollars participated. March was a disaster in Hyips

March was a total disaster. The problem started allready in the second half of february with a lot of attacks on some big programs like Nanomoneycorp and Genius Funds. But in this month they definitely disappeared. The three longtime programs Nanomoneycorp, Genius Funds and Goldnuggetinvest all ended. GNI told us they stopped but the other two went away thru the backdoor.

And shortly after those programs had gone there was a total decline of all kind of programs. Including good programs like Intratrader, Grossfund, Starkfund and weeklydividend stopped paying. I dont know if it was because investors were afraid to invest new money or those programs invested themselves in Nano or Genius and lost their money. But anyway they are gone!

I tried to compensate for the loss of so many good programs and looked for new atractive and hopefully stable programs. I started investing in more then 20 new programs this month. That is a lot because I try to diversify a bit more then before.

This month is the first month after I started 10 months ago in Hyips that didnt bring me growth of my total investment. Worse I made a big loss this month. I lost $7400 of my total investment. So my new total invested amount is $11588. I am back at level where I was at the beginning of january.

Dear Friends,

One of the payment processors which Proxima Titan Funds accepts, Alertpay
has recently restricted our Alertpay's account access on 24th March 2010.
We had opened a ticket immediately on 12:30 pm 24th March 2010 (as per
Alertpay's office time) and ticket was answered next day, 25th March 2010
at 5 pm.

We expect the issue to be resolved no earlier than Wednesday 2010.
Alertpay funds invested by clients of the Proxima Titan Funds are now held
in restricted account and in control of Alertpay.

However, as always Proxima Titan Funds has been considerate with its
clients, we have worked out following alternatives -

a) Clients who had invested via Alertpay can withdraw their daily profits
via Perfect Money and Liberty Reserve today onwards. Since we will be
using company's fund to pay off your withdrawal requests during this
period, and therefore the AP to PM exchange fees will be directly born.
All withdrawals via PM will carry 5% fees and all withdrawals via Liberty
Reserve will carry 10% fees. I would like to clarify that this fees is
only applicable on all Alertpay withdrawals carried out via PM or LR.

OR

b) Clients can wait for the issue to be resolved and subsequently request
for withdrawal via Alertpay. We expect this to happen by Wednesday.

If the clients opt for option b, they shouldn't request for withdrawal at
this moment, but wait for our email on Wednesday.

during the period of minor hick-up.

Greetings to all GNI Friends:

1. Refund Status and Tentative Repayment Date

We have received quite a few applications for refunds; over 1700 to date and this campaign has just begun. This is a HUGE effort requiring a very specific skill set, fair review of all applications and most of all consistency from one Refund Application to the next. Therefore Todd and Debbie will be those GNI people working diligently to get these done in a fashion described above.

To ensure fairness amongst all of our customers, an appropriate amount of time to procure the necessary funds and to take some of the pressure off of these two, I have decided that all claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days. This should take place between May 15th and June 15th; perhaps sooner, depends on how quickly they are able to process these refunds.

This is not to avoid paying owed refunds, it is to ensure fairness to those who are owed funds, it is to ensure we have adequate time to obtain the funds while subscribing to the notion of fairness to our traders and bookies. We ARE NOT going to RUN!!!

During this process, I have asked Todd to provide to me a weekly status report which will be in my in-box on Monday morning (GMT). In this report will be:

A. The number of Refund Requests Made to Date (number of Tickets)
B. The number of Refund Requests Completed and Ready for Payment (within + or - 10% of claimants expected amount)
C, The number of Refund Requests Completed but not Ready for Payment (outside of the 10% parameters)
D. The number of New Refund Requests not previously received from the week before< br>E. Anything else worthy of reporting

If it appears that our self-imposed deadline will be missed, appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner to reduce the probability of any delays.

2. Refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program

Refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase of other member's deposits will be refunded by weeks end. If you have not received your refund by Friday afternoon close of business (COB - GMT), please send me an email (goldnuggetinvest@gmail.com). Please be very specific when making this request; should include ALL transaction information, the deposit information of the GNI User which you were preparing to purchase and any other relevant information you feel wi ll help facilitate my issuing of your refund. Your assistance helping me with this It would really be appreciated.

3. The 'New' GNI

I am continuing putting together the New GNI, while remaining cognizant of the refund program. As you know, we cannot combine the two programs. We must, however, keep our traders busy or we jeopardize giving up their unused capacity to other Arbitrage Programs. More on this shortly.

4. Cyber-Smear Campaign

It has come to my attention that a comprehensive smear campaign has been launched against GNI, targeting Todd for he chose not to disguise his personal details. Much of the past 11 years of his on-line history is now an open book. Needless to say, none of it is presented in a positive fashion. He is receiving a constant barrage of life-threatening, evil, disgusting emails involving bodily functions and other horrendous acts.

These threats have resulted from the current state of a ffairs of GNI.

I am here to support and affirm some very important facts, concerning Todd and his role in GNI.

First, was Todd a member? Yes, of course he was; one of our very first. Several months ago, before our troubles, he sold his membership back to the company for a bit less than 33cents on the dollar.

The reason for this was to avoid any potential for a conflict of interest. He could not, nor could I rely on his objectivity so long as he had funds in the program

Second, did Todd receive referral commissions? Yes, for certain, until the end of Spring last year. He also offered to split the commission with his down-line, 1/2 back to the purchaser, the other to charity (on the larger amounts). None of which he was asked to do nor am I aware of any other offers made by any of our up-line referrers.

In the beginning of summer his referral base was starting to grow. It was obvious, many subscribed under him hoping to receive preferential t reatment, which is not an unreasonable expectation, but not in the best interest of the program nor the non-referral customer base. Todd asked, and received my authority to split his commission amongst the staff members of GNI. He was permitted to place his user id for new members coming into the program without a sponsor, as the up-line referrer. In a couple instances, the member did not want any sponsor receiving commission. In this case, Todd removed his user ID and the commission restored to the general fund. This was a great motivating tool and cost the members and the principals zero.

In this on-going smear campaign it is alleged Todd has stolen funds from the members for his own benefit.

I am here to proclaim, Todd does not now, nor has he ever had access to GNI Payment Processor accounts (PP), E-Currency, Bank Wire, Bank, Deposit, Receipts or Withdraws of Members, Trader, Principal or anyone's funds other than his own. Even if Todd wanted to, he couldn' t gain access to any funds that were not otherwise his and his alone.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of far too many of our trusted members who engaged in serious referral abuse or other fraudsters which continue to 'hang around' the GNI site, waiting to steal money, resources and most of all steal the energy out of someone so important to the success of the program.

Todd has been an asset to this program and to all of our member base as well as to me and the principals of GNI.

Those of you intending to hurt Todd, consider yourselves having been successful. Records on the internet become permanent. You have placed him in danger without knowing the facts!

This mini-update will attempt to address some of the current issues and concerns you may have about the refund requests....

I have been working with Debbie to try to set this up properly over the last few days and now think its getting close to being correct.

1. The link that was specified in the previous newsletter to access the Ticket System for Refunds was incorrect. The correct link is....

Be sure to include all the characters

2. If you have not cut and paste a fully completed Application for Refund, one will be provided to you when you receive an automated (system generated) response to your initial opening request. If you have already completed, by means of Cut & Paste, a Refund Request Form, please edit out the form contained within the ticket.

Included in this response which is forwarded to your email will be your new ticket number. This ticket number stays with you throughout the duration of your claim.

3. Be clear with all your responses. The clearer you are the faster this will go.

4. These refunds have to be confirmed, verified and then approved. This is a tedious, brain-draining process so please have some patience.

5. The first several hundred (somewhere between seven hundred and eight hundred) refund requests, due to a programming glitch, did not send, in the automated response, your ticket number. Do not be concerned, we received it, and a number was assigned to it....Please do not send a follow up ticket asking what your ticket number is. If you need to add additional supporting information, go to the forum and send a PM to GNIChyk who will ask your name and other confidential information you supplied in the refund application. She will then give you your ticket number.

6. If you do not understand some aspect of the process, go to the forum where it is discussed in detail FIRST. If the issue you ask is easily and readily available on the forum and it is clear you have not attempted to find this information out for yourself....there will be no choice but to return your ticket....This is out of consideration for your fellow member. If it's not clear or if several members seem to be having a similar issue, a mini-newsletter will be forwarded to the community, such as this.

8-9 months ago, I revived Xaga Enterprise from the death twice!

This week was very bad. My alltime favorit Nanomoneycorp stopped paying. They didnt recover from the ddos attack they had last week. I am glad I was in good profit from this program to compensate the loss off two other programs. Starkfund and Celexprofit stopped paying also and I wasnt in profit with them. GNI decided to close the shop and promised to payback the investors who are not in profit. This was definitely the worst week since I started in Hyips and this month I will make for the first time in 10 months a loss on my invested money.

Consistent with our announcement earlier this week, GNI has closed its operations and a call to our traders has been made advising them to send forward the funds required to ensure our members who are not in profit, will be made whole.

I have taken some time to go through the forum to not only read, but digest some of your comments made to me, at me or about me (and the GNI Team).

Some of what was written, given the level of effort, work, time and resources; taken from me, my family and my life, with the often stated intent to help those people try to have a better life, has been EXTREMELY difficult to endure.

I have been called a liar, cheater, thief and many, many other fine names because the program cannot sustain itself in its current state.

Our restructuring came too little, too late. The reason for this was simple. I wanted, to overcome the adversity without having to modify the program. We were led to believe the funds which were frozen, would be released. Had they at any time up until the end of December, we wouldn't be having this discussion now.

I gave all of you, EVERY SINGLE member in this project, 100% of my best effort. It wasn't enough; and because it wasn't, we are considered by many of you, who have made thousands, tens of thousands of dollars; to be disingenuous, evil, liars, and whatever else you feel like lobbing at me.

Instead of counting your blessings and your good fortune, you have become spiteful.

I would appreciate for a moment if we could reflect on something that has been the motivating factor that drove GNI to its one-time pre-eminence of the on-line investing community. What I am referring to was the call to arms we made during the Holiday Season.

Since early fall, we made very clear the need for the GNI Family to share some of their good fortune with two charities selected on the basis of need and impact we could make as a cohesive group. In December, when it was time, we made it easy for all to participate. It was our opportunity to proclaim our concern, not just for financial gain but to help those who were unable to help themselves, orphaned children in Africa, or those stricken with AIDS.

The total turnout, 4.5% !!!

For those of you who struggle with math, it means, despite our requests for your help, 5 out of 100 GNI participants stepped up to help others. Ninety-five out of one hundred (95 out of 100), did NOT. Some had your own causes that you supported, but the majority of you DID NOT.

Given these statistics, I am compelled to ask those of you who feel I am less than honest, have you taken a moment to look at yourself? When I asked for your help, not for myself, but to help keep children from starving to death, where were you? What have you done for your fellow man?

2. Time-Frame for the Liquidation of Goldnuggetinvest.com

To conclude GNI in a manner that is both timely, but will allow for those members who are out of contact, or otherwise unable to establish communications with any GNI associate, Applications for Refunds will be accepted until May 15th, 2010. We'll start accepting applications as from Monday, March 15th, 08:00 GMT. Before that date and time the given link for the refund support desk will be disabled.

We believe we can reconcile and refund the bulk of the undisputed refund requests within thirty days after the May 15th, 2010 deadline. Much will depend on the GNI member to properly complete the refund application in an organized and honorable fashion. Let it be known, any member who tries to obtain funds in a manner that is fraudulent, will have his or her refund placed at the end of the stack and will be gone through when all else is completed. An evaluation will be conducted and a decision to return any funds will be made at that time.

It is our intent to refund all of those customers entitled to receive one. Please DO NOT jeopardize our obligation and your right to receive funds you are entitled to.

3. New Support Desk Dedicated to Refunds Only

To better stream-line communications between the membership (who is entitled to a refund) and GNI, a new Support System will be installed on the same server which hosts the Forum.

(VERY IMPORTANT). Unlike the previous support desk, each member will have one ticket ONLY which will support their Claim for Refund throughout the process. This support system is for REFUNDS ONLY. It is not to be used to express an opinion whether you like or dislike the program, staff, the various PPs or anything other than your refund. The help desk will have the capability to transfer information including your Request for Refund which is contained at the end of this Newsletter, to and from the appropriate staff assisting you with the refund. If there is a disparity between what claimant thinks is owed and what GNI think is owed, it will not hold up the payment of funds. Please, read this brief update about the current state of affairs.

Our system is still under audit. We check member's accounts for irregularities, and if you found one with your account, please, don't hesitate to contact us.

We need time to recover from February mess-up that has prevented normal program operation and affected investment process. We have not made the returns required, and were forced to hold your funds for another cycle to make up for last month underperformance.

We are regrouping our finances and rebuilding our fund reserves so that normal operation can be restored. To this effect we kindly ask you to cancel your withdrawal requests and re-invest funds from your account balance.

During this month we shall pay only interest on your funds, you will be able to withdraw your principal in April. Unfortunately it is the only solution for the gradual program recovery.

Greetings to the Most Loyal GNI Friends, Family & Associates and; Nemesis:

As I have mentioned in the forum, I have spent the last few days in Northern Cyprus trying desperately to obtain those funds which belong to us - members and principals of Goldnuggetinvest.com.

Besides myself, I have been privileged to be assisted by Counsel (one of our attorneys) to not just make a strong presence on behalf of some faceless arbitrage project; indeed, but to help me place a face on the thousands of loyal GNI Customers who have (rightfully or not) depended on our presence and weekly payments to:

1. pay the rent or mortgage,
2. pay doctor's bills,
3. pay for a family member's schooling,
4. retire in a manner that is consistent with the years of service provided to their employer,
5. take a well-deserved vacation with someone special or
6. have some peace of mind in these troublesome times.

Despite our best efforts, and monumental efforts were made by all concerned, we could not get the directors, regulators or oversight administrators to relent. There were several tactics employed, a couple of which were most creative, but it was of no use. We thought we may have a foot in the door, only to have it cut off. What I can say is we tried damn it....we tried our hardest; but we could not overcome this hurdle.

Without this income, we go in reverse. We have had suggestions, offers which included members giving us funds, members willing to delay the taking of payments, partial payments, the entire spectrum of suggestions; the reality is, however, these suggestions amount to a band-aid when in fact a tourniquet is called for.

I must, for the sake of the sanity of myself and my family, the GNI Team Members, the Principals and our most trusted customers, shut down Goldnuggetinvest.com effective immediately and permanently. This decision will not be reversed.

Refunds: Despite the 'disingenuous' overtones having made its way around the world of on-line investing, we will be refunding those members who are NOT in profit, an amount equal to 101.5% of their principal investment (this includes interest payments already received) rendering EVERY person who invested with us, more than whole as defined by Commonly Accepted Principles of Accounting. The instructions will be provided within the next 48-72 hours; will be straight-forward so this can be expedited.

The newGNI: GNI has the concept, the tools and the strategy somewhat perfected in the world of Sure-Bets. We will be making an announcement at 08:00 (GMT) on Friday, March 12 as it pertains to our future. We can give a hint: It will be a completely and totally PRIVATE program fashioned in a manner that is compliant in any and all world-wide jurisdictions with no limitations. This program has been in the planning stages for nine months and was to be run in parallel with GNI. Nothing more will be said until Friday.

Summary / Conclusion: I want to take a moment to thank all of you, our GNI family for all the kind words and support you have shown over the past several months. I never anticipated some of the hurdles which we had been forced to try to navigate. This program was my baby, you were my extended family. This program was a sense of pride, an attempt to help those of you who needed it the most. I have never, nor has my team, hid from reality; perhaps we were a bit over-confident, but our intentions were and always have been true.

Our next chapter will be very bright, very private, but very bright. I hope to see all of you join in the journey.

Weekly overview week 9 (01/03/10 - 07/03/10)

This week was not an easy week for a lot of programs. My number one Nanomoneycorp was attacked the week before but struggled to survive this attack. They started to pay some small amounts but not the bigger amounts. And now it looks like they are gone. Clockworkinvestment was already gone but is trying to pay back their investors. They had the most of their money invested in Nanomoneycorp with the plan to payback their investors with this profit. So I had to put both programs to On Hold, but my expectations are quite low. Asiainv stopped paying this week.

But it wasnt all problems this week! I invested some nice amounts this week. There was one new program this week called DiamondTrade where I invested $1000. Beside of that I added the following amounts to existing programs:

Euronanoinvest I added $1000 to a total of $2000
Infinitiva I added $1000 to a total of $1245
Topfinancial I added $600 to a total of $1200
Scootfx I added $500 to a total of $1000
Starkfund I added $500 to a total of $1000

I hope next week will be more easy on us.

Februari was a month with a lot of attacks but also growth

February started off very nice. But in the second half of the month a lot of programs had problems. Long time working programs like Enviro Ventures, Saza Investments an Investment Forge disappeared. Also a fairly new one of which I had high expextations Fxstar stopped paying. But the last days of this month ended with ddos attacks everywhere. Good old programs like Nanomoneycorp, Genius Funds and Infinitiva all suffered from agressive attacks. And all three aren't recovered from it yet.

But again I am glad that my total investment made a nice growth in february. My total money in Hyips raised this month with a nice $4,636 to a total of $18,988. This profit growth was partly from the $1000 I added from my own money to speed things up. So the actual profit this month was $3,636.

Nanomoney is back on track

As you can see the site is back to normal life! Although you have to be patient for one more or two days until we would fix and reorganize our servers and system. During that time some payment delay may be possible. We do sincerely apologize for any possible delays but hope for your understand. Everybody there knows that it would be our fifth year in a row that we never missed a single payment. As well you all know well that we faced a massive attack on our site. Some of you even proposed us to close a member section or even a sight for a while. We did not follow these ideas but we need time to make everything work and look the way it was before. So I do hope that all you understand that and would show us your trust and patience one more time. We would try to fix it as soon as possible.

Nanomoney under attack

Nanomoney is facing a severe attack. When you open your account you probably see the account of someone else. This are the latest messages from Nano about it.

Dear investors!
The site is currently under enormous DDOS attack. You may expect long time of page loading or some system faults. In fact we face that type of attacks for the first time ever. But please be patient as we are working hard to find a solution. The attack we faced is so difficult that not many of the DDOS protectors we turned to (including the one we use) are helpless. But still the site is working and we handle all the payments in timely manner. This attack would not affect your investments and you would not loose a penny because of it. We want to apologies for any troubles the work of our site may cause you but you have to understand that it is in our favor to fix everything as soon as possible. Be sure that we will continue our work despite of any obstacles would appear on our way.

Please don't panic! You would not be able to change ANY info. You can probably see other's accounts. But it is only a cache. There are too many bots on the site and system can cope with them. So some faults may be possible. Still it is only a visionary info.
But things would be fine soon, believe me. I would never write anything there if we were going to run away with our investor's money. None but administration can change any account data and steal your money as well. There is nothing to be worry about. We will come to normal work back soon.

Weekly overview week 7 (15/02/10 - 21/02/10)

My total investment is growing every week so the pace of investing in new or existing programs is also going up every week. This week I invested into the following programs:

$500 in Celexprofit (new)
$200 in Mandarin invest (new)
$50 in CSMfinance (upgrade)

The deposit of $200 in Asiainv expired and I reinvested this amount.

There were also some programs in problems this week:

Calpari Invest was allready set to waiting last week, but now they didnt pay anymore so they were set to Not Paying. Investment Forge, Sazainvestment and Enviro Ventures I had to set to waiting, because they all failed to pay within the rules.

I hope the programs set to waiting resume paying the coming week. But nevertheless I had a nice week with a growing investment.

Weekly overview week 6 (8/02/10 - 14/02/10)

This week I started in only one new program Starkfund. This is a long term program with some good plans, a nice website and good security. I invested $500 in this program. It is still early and I expect to make money here.

Fxstar came with a new plan. The profit in this plan is 3% a day for 100 days and the deposit is paid in this 3% so no principal back at the end. I had $500 allready in Fxstar and this week I added $300 in this 3% plan.

Weeklydividend is the other program where I increased my money. I had allready $100 in a weekly plan with a profit of 9% a week. The weekly profit is better than the daily so I started to invest $100 a day to get the weekly profit paid out all days of the week. I have now $400 invested, $100 on tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday. So I need to add $100 on a monday to get a nice daily profit of 1.8% a day.

There where on my list three programs that stopped paying. IW-funds, InstantMoneybets and Nowinv. I hope nowone lost to much here. I have a few pending withdrawls from Calpary Invest so I put this program to waiting. (allready to Not Paying so dont invest here).

I added some new information on my blog this week. I added the date the program started and the date I invested for the first time. I also added a lot of background information about the program such as the expiration of the domain, ddos protection and security. Those are inportant things I look at before investing in a program. I also added some nice tiny pictures of the e-currencies. I hope you like the new information I added to make my blog more interesting for you.

In this week I started in two new programs with a large amount. I started in Intratraders and Grossfund both with $1000. That are sustainable programs with a very nice profit especially with $1000 invested. Beside of that I started in Multiigroup and Calpary invest with a relative small amount.

Clockworkinvestment started with the payback of the deposits. So I put it back to paying. The program is over but it is nice that they will pay the investors back.

The past week there is a new fenomen on my blog it you noticed. There are three advertisements on my blog from Intratraders with a big banner and Multiigroup and Calpay invest with a small banner. I hope that there will be more programs who want an ad on my blog.

So this was again a very good week with my Hyips!

January was a challenging month with a nice growth

January was even more challenging then black december, which wasn't too bad. But in january I found out that a couple of programs had serious problems which started in the holiday season of Christmas. Clockworkinvestment and Goldnuggetinvest had to present survival plans because they became short of money. And Stableinterest didn't came back after the holidays.

But beside of those problems I am glad that my total investment made a nice growth in january. My total money in Hyips raised this month with a nice $2,925 to a total of $14,353. Again a step closer to my goal to reach $50K this year.

Now the Holiday season is over I started investing in alot of new programs this week:

My investment of $50 in PTVprogram expired and I reinvested $200 in the 40 day program which give a 190% return after 40 days.

I added an extra $120 to my investment in Enviro ventures to a total of $240 now. This will give me a nice profit of $6 daily.

My blog is read by more visitors everyday and I received some very nice referrals last week. Thank you all.

CWI and GNI are still in recovery mode. GNI changed the plans to lower profit and CWI is trying to pay back the deposits of the investors. The payments of both programs still have to start so they are still on 'waiting' status.

Greetings GNI Members:

We hope, most sincerely, the shock of the changes has somewhat subsided and you, along with the community at large can appreciate what it is we're trying to get accomplished - the return of GNI to financial health.

As we expected, there have been some questions that need to be answered and some clarification to some decisions and procedures that may otherwise need an explanation.

Before doing so, it may shock some of you to know that, as of 8:00 am on January 18th (GMT), of the 10,000 or so active customers, only 2886 have signed up and are members of our private forum. About 25%+…

1. We cannot emphasize the importance of ALL participants in GNI, sign up and, when seeking out information related to GNI, use the forum as a point of reference and information!

2. Built into the script and available to ALL members is a security log. This security log contains every IP from which your account has been accessed. We need EVERY member to go into their security log and review the IPs listed (by clicking on the IP). For those who are not familiar with an "IP", it is your Internet Protocol Address and is a identified by a 4 numeric characters off set by periods after each one. Looks something like this:

68.3.243.11

When you click on your IP, it will open a new browser page showing the exact location, date and time of the person who accessed your GNI account.

It is entirely possible you may have three or four different IPs, but they should all reflect your own physical, geographic location. If it does not, your account was accessed by a hacker or someone other than yourself and your GNI, along with any other critical account information (or other data) has likely been accessed by, or exposed to someone who is likely not looking out for your best interest.

You need to contact your computer manufacturer or other expert and take the necessary steps to secure your computer. This includes changing passwords WEEKLY, backing up your data etc. Don't expose yourself or others to hackers.

The activities you undertake to prevent or mitigate hacking of your computer will be taken into consideration if something adverse happens to your GNI account. We have the capability to review your account access activity so please take the requisite steps to ensure your accounts integrity.

3. Forex Trading: Because of some of the verbiage relating GNIs current financial health to the positions held in the forex market, some of you have questions / concerns whether GNI is or has become active in Forex Trading.

We are NOT, in any way, engaged in forex trading as a source of income for GNI customers. Of late, 75% of our arbs are traded in GBP, 20% in Euros and only 5% in USD. As a result we are constantly exchanging funds from one currency to another and by default, are affected by the exchange rate. Again....we are NOT a forex based investment scheme.

4. Upgrading of Account Status: Some of you feel you have wrongfully been denied entry into the Premium Plan; have been saving with the intent of introducing all of your funds into the Premium Plan or something along those lines.

As much as we value our customers (and we most sincerely do!), our current focus is to restore our Project to solid financial health. Some of you had your pending withdrawals reversed back into your wallet for re-deposit, some of you had your deposit(s) remanded to the monthly plan right before your deposits would have, collectively, qualified for the Premium Plan or some other non-elected sacrifice you have had to make. We weren't looking to win any popularity contests by taking these steps, we are looking forward to getting this matter behind us as SOON as reasonably possible. To do this, sacrifices were inevitable. Some were compelled to make more than others and for that we appreciate what you are doing. In the long haul, we will all benefit from these sacrifices.

5. Length of Plan Cycle: While the plan(s), monthly and premium are on a monthly cycle, the specific length of this cycle is exactly thirty (30) calendar days. This will not affect the dates that GNI enables the dates to request withdrawals (the 1st - 7th of each month) nor the dates in which payment will be made (the 8th until the end of the month).

6. Going Private: The issue / question of GNI privatizing has surfaced for legitimate reasons, we had envisioned the project needing this status during the first quarter of this now, current year, 2010. Given our current state of affairs; the exodus of customers preceding the holiday time frame and the decreased revenue coming into GNI at the present moment, the benefit(s) of doing so does not justify the resources (time and expense) to follow this through to completion, AT THE PRESENT TIME. To be sure, GNI has a considerable amount of funds in preparation to going private, all of which will be set back for a future date and time.

Be looking forward to these as we progress through the most challenging times of our program.

The problems weren't over last week. Clockworkinvestment and Goldnuggetinvest had to present a survival plan. I am glad they did and not just vanished as a lot of programs do when they have problems. But anyway the profit of both programs is reduced to survive.
Stable Interest didn't come back after the holidays and Mybetwin also disappeared. I put MCS ATM to waiting because I am waiting more then a week on my withdraws to get paid.

I invested last week in a couple of new programs:

$100 in Betandtrading
$200 in Topfinancial
$100 in CSMFinance
and I added $200 to my investment in Infinitiva. So another extra investment of $600 last week.

There were no expirations last week.

News from Goldnuggetinvest - GNI

Dear Friends & Associates of GNI

As we welcomed Year 2010, we (Principals, Staff and Associates) felt the need to reflect on the challenges GNI faced and were able to overcome; and what if anything, we could learn from having faced these challenges.

These challenges were broad in scope - which included catastrophic script failure(s) to potentially catastrophic hackers; from being flush with cash when we shouldn't have been and devoid of funds when we should have (had ample amounts). Despite these hardships, and in contravention to those who wish nothing but our demise, never did we consider abandoning our friends and associates without whom we never would have experienced, learned and grew with the project uniquely known as GNI.

The last quarter of 2009, however, placed significant obstacles in our pursuit of success, each having the capability of wiping out any well-managed program, anywhere!

During the Christmas / New Year Holiday, needing a crystal clear vision of our financial vortex, I met with Jurgen and others to obtain their trading reports and declare our Profit / Loss position to the Principals of GNI. With Arthur leading the way, we were able to evaluate with no uncertainty, our financial, technical and situational oversight in preparation for year 2010.

Specifically, we looked at:

1. Yesilada Bank. That entity having the most significant impact is / was the freezing of assets by the German Authorities, of Yesilada's Correspondent Bank. This particular frozen account contains all of Yesilada's client's foreign exchange funds. There are dozens of legitimate clients, along with GNI, whose lives have been put on hold pending the resolution of an investigation which has NOTHING to do with GNI. It's a matter of being at the wrong place at the wrong. time.

Twenty-three weeks without the availability of OUR (and some of our best clients) funds, while continuing to honor our obligation of paying interest on those funds becomes a loss ranging from 10% - 12.5% a week. We arrive at those numbers simply by adding the percentage we could have received (which fluctuates based on the traders success) had they not been frozen, with that percentage we would have otherwise not had to pay out; over a twenty-three (23) week period. If we released the actual dollar amount that is involved, the numbers become staggering if not overwhelming.

As significant as this amount became, it was a manageable scenario using reserves and our favorable Forex positions. In defiance of all economic logic, the dollar began and continues to this day to gather strength against the Euro; weakening our positions considerably.

2. New Competition. About the same time (late September, early October) several well-managed, aggressive and unique Sports Arbitrage programs came on-line decreasing our market share, not in terms of investment dollars, more so for viable arbs.

Arbs which were earning consistent 4% - 8% returns during 2008 - 2009, our traders were now earning between 1.75% - 5.50%.

Our competition has taken advantage of technology and formed marketing partnerships which allow for clients to engage in arbitration activities without having to obtain accounts and relationships with bookies that has taken us years to develop. We were caught unprepared, but weren't discouraged.

What this meant:

For GNI to earn returns at the level of last year, demanded twice the amount (proportionate) of capital funds. Whether this is a one-time phenomenon or a new state of affairs in the world of Sports Arbitrage, we cannot say. We hope its the former!!!

2(a) Untimely Customer Requests for Payout of Principal. This, the first full year availing GNI to the world at-large, the percentage of client- requests for principals quadrupled (in proportional comparison to our last 3 years. I have my suspicions why, but cannot back this with any empirical data. It hurt us by forcing us out of arbs (becomes a complete loss on both ends) and missed many good ones during Christmas and the New Year celebration, largely in the US.

3. Fraud / Hacking Activities. Further compounding matters are the uninvited guests who pleasure themselves by hacking into client computers, then invade the GNI script. They have had some limited success redirecting Liberty Reserve deposits and to a much lesser extent, Strict Pay deposits causing untold amounts of additional work and further depletion of assets. Has this intruder caused us harm? Yes. Have we eliminated the threat? We hope so, but we're not entirely sure. What we do know, our customers are NOT taking the requisite steps to keep their computers free from hackers. How many of you use a US Social Security number for your password; or some other parenthetically easy conflagration any experienced hacker can guess. All told, this has cost us, in real dollars, well into the six figures and has contributed SIGNIFICANTLY towards our "situation."

4. Referral Program Abuse. When developing the business model to run and grow this project, included was a percentage to reward those who introduced GNI to prospective members (The Referral Plan). The abuse and fraud perpetrated by members who have become wealthy resulting from their participation in this program, at the expense of non-abusing members, the Principals and staff. who played by the rules, is disturbing!! The outlay of funds for payment of ill-gotten commissions is sufficient to end any well-meaning program!!

A very typical scenario relates to some customers we have who reside in the Eastern part of Europe. These clients held deposits of $100,000 (there were three participants). They staggered their deposits in a way that was clandestine avoiding detection by us. Every 7-10 days an amount between 21k and 35k was being deposited by one of the participants while a similar amount was being withdrawn. After absorbing fees and paying the undeserved commission, this amounted to well over $5000 per month.

Todd has gone through many GNI accounts. He estimates that somewhere between 45% and 60% of all active GNI accounts have received unearned commission (money that should not have been paid). There is no possible way to reverse these at this point. Unfortunately, the entire GNI membership will have to pay this in the form of a restructured program.

There is no justifiable excuse we can make other than we failed to implement adequate oversight.

We have determined we have but two options: Restructure the organization or liquidate and close up shop!

Option I - Restructuring of the project (GNI) - The following depicts the highlite's of the "New GNI" as we currently envision. The changes are drastic, but still provide for customer's to make profits that dwarf any conventional investment program. Further, it is subject to change as new facts, information and level of capital is made available. It's nothing that any of us take pleasure in implementing, but it is what is necessary to regain our viability and operational capacity in the next decade. With that being said, I give to you the "New GNI" program.

Highlights of the "New GNI" Payment Plans

Much thought was put into the type of plan(s) we could offer. If our membership subscribes to the notion this new "monthly" plan was created having both the customer as well as the program in mind, remaining as revenue neutral as possible while recognizing the returns fall well short of what were able to offer previously. Nevertheless - we want to first introduce the new and now replaced Weekly Fixed Plan with the GNI Monthly plan as follows:

1 (A) The GNI Monthly Plan, has a target subscriber base of those wishing to invest $50 - $20,000. The rate of return will be 16% per month for 14 months. Those of you GNI clients who were in the Weekly Plan will have been rolled over into the Monthly plan.

1(B) The new rate of return will be 20% per month for the Premium Plan which will become effective immediately and will be paid at the above specified rate for 14 months. There will no longer be a cap on level of deposits unless specifically mentioned to you by Todd or myself.

2. Each deposit with have a life-span of 14 months. THE MONTHLY INTEREST PAYMENT INCLUDES THE RETURN OF YOUR PRINCIPAL.

Comment: A common question that has arisen - If the funds are in trade and earning GNI reasonable returns why would GNI need to keep the Investment Principal? The answer to this question is a complex one. Having an established end to the life-cycle of the the investment term, we will have established strong, internal management controls over the flow of currency, something we do NOT have at this point.

(Please Keep in mind, this is a "RECOVERY PLAN," not an operational plan. It can be modified one way or another to ensure the health and longevity of the plan as a whole. Despite the drastic steps we are taking, we are still paying interest at the 150% level (interest). We cannot find any mainstream investment paying anywhere close to this.

3. Consistent with the above, there is no longer a "lock-in" period as all investment cycles are 14 months. No early withdrawals (of principal) are permitted, no exceptions.

4. Outstanding withdrawal requests:

Currently, there is a large number of outstanding withdrawal requests that have not been processed. We know all of you, despite our incessant admonitions that GNI was to be a SECOND INCOME, NEVER wanting or asking to be anyone's primary source of income and encouraging EVERYONE to withdrawal from their accounts on a regular basis, have dire needs for those funds NOW.

There are / were two viable options and two only. The first option (A) is / was as follows:

(A) Those members having outstanding withdrawals may elect to keep them outstanding; and will be the first to receive interest payments when they resume in March. There will not be earnings or interest paid on those pending withdrawals;

On the other hand, those of you who elect to re-deposit those currently pending withdrawal requests,will earn interest starting at the time of re-deposit.

The second option allows for the least disruption and reduced impact on the customer base.

(B) Specifically, it permits the redressing of the withdrawal function starting on Feb. 01, instead of the inflated down time which would not have seen the first withdrawal until the following month, March 01, 2010.
* All pending withdrawals will be cancelled effective January 15th; reverted back to Customer's wallet then deposited (automatically) into either the Monthly or the Premium plan.

* No amount of funds exceeding $49.99 in any one currency will be permitted to remain in either client's wallet or cash balance up to and until this first "cycle" of payments has been completed.

* All requests for withdrawals must be made between the 1st and 7th of each month.

* GNI will fund customer's PP acc't with the agreed to amount between the 8th and 28th of that same month.

Note:

We have been able to change (escalate) the unlocking of the withdrawal feature a full thirty days earlier than originally scheduled . This resulted as a consequence of those members who, either voluntarily or out of necessity, had their withdrawals delayed allowing us to place those funds into trade and essentially reducing the withdrawal "time-out" by a full month. I only wish all of you can appreciate those who were not able to withdrawal during the holidays and the tremendous step forward this enabled our recovery to make.

6(a). New withdrawal requests will be received between the first (1st) and the seventh (7th) of each successive month beginning Feb. 01, 2010. The withdrawal requests received AFTER 11:59pm (server time) on the seventh of each will not be received and payment will not be made for that month.

If the seventh of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday and your request was timely, it will be honored.

6. Payments will be made between the eighth (8th) and last business day of each month.

7. One withdrawal request per Payment Processor (PP), per month. Minimum withdrawal amount for any one processor = $10.00. If you have deposits in four different processors, you would be entitled to request one withdrawal for each PP accordingly.

8. Fees charged by the PP to transfer funds to GNI can no longer be absorbed by GNI. As an example: Customer sends 100.00 via Strictpay to GNI; GNI receives 98.00 (100.00 less 2.00 charged by SP for transfer, client will be credited 98.00)

9. Referral Program. The referral program and the abuse thereof, will stop. Conversely, we cannot abandon our marketing partners nor those who legitimately introduced the program to OUTSIDERS. Those of you who referred to yourself or to those who already were familiar with the program, along with those of you who withdrew your funds only to re-deposit immediately after you received your payout, you may take credit for contributing to the need for us to restructure. There are times when we needed for our customers to act in a way that showed gratitude, not greed!

Regretfully, the populace being what it is, couldn't resist giving themselves an extra bonus. They did so at the expense of our most honest customers and to those, on behalf of the ones who engaged in Referral Program abuse, we sincerely apologize.

That being said, the "New Referral Program" will work as follows:

Up-lines will, in lieu of the five (5) % punch at the onset of an invested deposit, receive 5% of their downline's interest payment for the life of the investment.

For example. Customer makes a $1000.00 purchase into the Monthly plan. Referrer would NOT receive 50.00 as they otherwise would (at the onset). What they would receive is $8 per month for 14 months or 112.00. This is calculated as follows: ($1000 = customers invested principal)($160 = the monthly interest received by customer for one month)(.05 or 5% = the declared rate of return for referral commission)=8(14 = the number of months invested) // $112.00.

The rate of commission would be slightly higher if your downline invests in the Premium Plan.

Option II - Liquidation of the GNI Project.

It is a fact, nobody wants to modify their program if it has shown the potential for success. Likewise, until a program is up and functional, there is no way to anticipate ALL of the needs, ALL of the problems or the true level of success or failure the program may potentially yield until you take that plunge or go forward. GNI was no exception. Never did we anticipate, nor could we have, the actions taken by the German Banking Administration to freeze Yesilada Bank's assets and those of our best clients, all merely caught up in unrelated investigation of some fraudster on a different continent. Unfortunately life, being what it is, has twists and turns - some of which you can plan, others you cannot.

For us to deny responsibility, as many, many others would, proclaiming "it's not our fault" is failing to accept the responsibility for that which is yours.

We chose Yesilada Bank to be our partners as they offered favorable rates, convenience, accessibility, wire transfer capabilities and other features we felt were important to the successful operations of GNI as well as to those customers who were compelled to utilize their services. We had secured personal assurances for the appropriate managers and service level administrators; with the end result being nothing more than what we are forced to face head-on.

There is never a convenient time to implement the kind and scope of changes we are insisting you, our customers, we the administrators and certainly our employees, to have to take. (Employees of GNI will be taking a 25% REDUCTION in payments and salaries as their contribution towards the successful recovery of the program).

Before going over the less attractive Option, please keep in mind the Terms of Service all of you who are participating in GNI, agreed to accept.

Terms of Agreement

Below are the terms of agreement and use for this site:

...We reserve the right to change the commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of our members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms...

There's a couple ways of liquidating GNI. If it goes through governmental regulators, the assets would be placed in receivership. A Court of Competent Jurisdiction would assign a Trustee, who would hire a team of lawyers, paralegals, accountants and bookkeepers, making anywhere between 100.00 - 700.00 per hour, all of which would come out of.....your (GNI Customer's) funds. It would take between 2-5 years to complete and assuming you have not recv'd ANY funds in the form of a payment; could get between 5 & 10 cents for every dollar invested.

The second option is to have Counsel retained by GNI to take the remaining assets and divide it amongst those of you who HAVE NOT received 100% of your invested dollars. It would be paid out on a pro-rata basis.

Conclusion:

While these are some trying times for everyone, we have devised and orchestrated a comprehensive plan we feel is workable. If circumstances change, we will modify the program accordingly.

How many of our loyal customers will we lose to attrition? We shouldn't loose any, but we will. We'll also loose some "fear weather friends."

Because we don't have a Crystal Ball, we can't predict the future. What we do know is we're honest, our team is honest and we want to succeed where others haven't. With that, along with mentioning we are lifting all caps on investments. We have, per deposit, a total 14 month commitment with each of you (Hopefully much, much longer). We not only have the additional capacity, we need to rebuild our position as the leader in Global Sports Arbitrage World.

Weekly overview week 1 (4/1/10 - 10/01/10)

The first week of January didn't start very well. There are a couple of programs set to 'waiting'. First Clockwork. As you may have read they had an attack from hackers. But after a few days of waiting I could put them back to 'paying' because they paid all the pending withdraws. There is still a problem of prematurely closed plans but I expect that they will solve this soon. Stable Interest didn't came back after the holidays. I think this one is gone after 4 years online. Mybetwinn and MCS I had to put to waiting after a few days waiting for my withdraws. I hope they will be back, lets wait and see.

I started the following programs this week:
Vegamex with $100,
Vaultinvestment $100,
Verifield $100,
PTV $50 and I added $100 to Investmentforge. Only Vegamex was really new, because the others I invested in last year but ended them because of the holidays.

There was one plan of $100 expired of GNI which I withdraw last friday.

We took a hit once again on the Pamm account and because of that, we have decided to payout all of MCSATM and allow no more orders to be submitted. You will not need to do anything, I have been reconciling accounts daily and will now just plan to reconcile them all, so as your spends mature, they will automatically be put in the withdrawal queue.

The constant emails and confusion and the unbelievable long hours is having an adverse effect on the trading. We are so busy with MCSATM that we are not delivering what we promised in the trading and that is very important to us, and not just for you, but for us, this is how we have made our livings.
We are still here, we are not going anywhere and each and every one of you will be paid. It is just going to take us some time, as we have explained now repeatedly.
We are adding some non trading methods of income generation which we have been testing, that will also speed things up.
We will still answer emails, but only if they are not about something which has been covered in the updates. We must have time to concentrate on the trading, for all of our benefit.

The first payouts will go to hose who have not gotten their original spends out, that should be very few people, as we have stressed over and over again that the objective of MCS was for you to take your funds out and then double your profits to build your trading account.

I will still `update` every evening around the same time , 6 to 8 PM EST .

The last week of the year allready. Some programs were paying less because of the holidays. But allmost all programs paid profit this week.

I added an extra $500 to Clockworkinvestment. I have now a total of $2100 in Clockwork. I love this program. Now the admin of Clockwork is on holiday and Andy is running it by himself there are some problems. I hope they will be solved very soon.

After the stop for the holidays I am back in Enviro Ventures with $120. This give $3 profit each day. I also started with a new program, Cedexinvest. I invested $125 which give me just like Enviro $3 profit each day. They are both high Roi programs but they are running very well for months.

Two of my plans with Goldnuggetinvest expired. I have withdraw the money to invest in the above programs.

I this week my total investment in Hyips has grown very nice.

Black december wasn't bad at all

The month december is feared in the Hyip community because of the many hyips which end in this month. So everyone fears to loose money. It was my first december in Hyips so I didn't know what to expect.

But now the month is over I can say it wasn't too bad, in fact is wasn't bad at all. I started december with $8403 and at the end of december it is $11427. That is an increase of $3024 which is 36% growth in this month! It is all profit on my hyips, no new money is added. So I am very happy with december and I hope I have the same growth in january.

Weekly overview week 52 (21/12/09 - 27-12/09)

This week was the last week before Christmas. One of my programs Mybetwinn was in trouble. I just started with them and they said that accounts of them were blocked so they had to change the profits. It is now a weekly program as you can see on my program list. Yesterday the first weekly profit was in my account.

Stable interest I put on waiting because I had a pending withdrawl for more then 48 hours. After that we all got the message that they are on holiday and we can withdraw money after Jan 4th. So I am still waiting to be paid.

I got some money from Genius for filling in the survey and I added some money so the account of Genius raised with $230 this week.
One Venture of Nanomoney expired. This venture was $1200. I have withdrawn the money, added $150 and reinvested $1350 with Nano.
One expert plan of $100 with Clockworkinvestment expired. I have withdrawn the money, added $500 and reinvested $600 in an advanced plan with Clockwork.
3 of my $100 deposits of GNI expired this week. I have withdrawn all 3 to fund some of the investments above.

So this was a very nice week again with my Hyips.

Nanomoneycorp
This one is my personal favorite. They are paying for 3 years. I started with Nanomoneycorp in april 2009 and from the beginning it is running great. No problems, always paying. I am in the venture plans which give a nice profit.

Panamoney
Investors can see after login their trading realtime and you can choose the currencies. I like Panamoney because it is an old and stable program. They are maybe not the program with the most return but better a bit less that away with your money. There is a bit comment from the community about their holidays.

Genius Funds
One of my favorites too. They have two 2 plans: weekly or daily. Compounding is possible and they have instant payments. Genius is around for a very long time. The profit is good. Some people say they are the best.

Clockworkinvestment
I am quite enthusiastic about this program. This program is very young compared to my other favorite programs. But from the beginning this program is running fine. It is from a moderator of Goldentalk. They pay a very nice profit. I have invested more than $1000 in this program.

Goldnuggetinvest
This program is running for 3 years. They don’t do investments but sport arbitrage. GNI is paying 6% weekly. They recently started with a new site which is running fine with Firefox. I think this one is great.

Stableinterest
Online for 3 years and maybe the oldest program running. Recently they modified their programs from fixed to variable profit. For their Major program which was always the best, and still is, you need now a minimum investment of $500.

Investmentforge
Almost as old as Stable interest they are running close to them. The profit of them is now a bit better than Stable interest because of their change. This program doesn’t get much attention but it is really good.

How my investment is growing

When I started with Hyips the first month I lost a lot of money because of all the beginner mistakes I made. Wrong programs at the wrong time. But doing that I learned what to do and what not to do. That doesn't mean that I don't make mistakes anymore, but from May 2009 on I never made a montly loss. In this graph you can see how my investment is growing without bringing extra money to my Hyips. So this is all profit what I reinvested again.

I started in may 2009 with an investment of $1000 in Panamoney and $1200 in Nanomoneycorp. Now at the end of november 2009 it is around $8400. So that is almost 400% growth in 6 months. Not to bad!
